How CuraEleos Builds Trust
CuraEleos trust is designed to be measurable, explainable, and governed. We score based on recorded events, apply consistent guidelines, and surface accountability to protect both careseekers and caregivers.
Trust Overview
This page explains the trust guidelines used by the platform. It never displays individual user scores.
Policy contract
Scores start from a neutral baseline and adjust with verified events. We keep every score within the 0–100 range so it stays easy to interpret.
This is not a “black box.” Scores are computed from an event ledger to ensure they are explainable and auditable.
| Band | Range | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Low | 0–49 | Higher risk or limited history. |
| Medium | 50–79 | Normal operating range. |
| High | 80–100 | Strong reliability signal. |
Signals include verification, incident reports, and dispute outcomes. The contract above lists the currently supported event types.
This page explains trust guidelines only. CuraEleos does not publicly display individual user trust scores or private account history.
What the Trust Score is (and is not)
Governed signal, not an opaque “black box.”
- The Trust Score is computed from recorded trust events (for example: ratings, verification, incidents, complaints).
- Scoring is deterministic and versioned so CuraEleos can audit how a score was produced.
- The score is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for human judgment.
- This public page explains trust guidelines only. It does not display any individual user scores or private account history.
Personalized trust summaries are available inside authenticated role dashboards.
